Returns & Refunds

Damaged Merchandise:
If you pick up the merchandise at our warehouse please inspect the packages carefully. If the box appears to be even slightly damaged ask us to open for inspection. We will gladly repackage to your satisfaction and help you secure the merchandise on your truck.

If we deliver the product, please open and inspect each item while driver is present if merchandise is damaged please contact us at once for either a credit to your satisfaction or to arrange return and re delivery at our expense.

We are happy to send you any replacement parts, i.e. hardware, at our expense within 48 hours of your receiving of the goods.

Exchanges:
Any exchanges MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Transportation costs and a 10 percent re stocking charge apply. No cash refunds. We will refund your credit card within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. All merchandise must be in original factory carton and undamaged. ALL CREDITS AND OR REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD AND WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION.CLEARANCE AND CLOSE OUT ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND UNLESS DAMAGED.

Cancellation Policy:
DELIVERY IS USUALLY SCHUDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER. ANY MERCHANDISE CANCELLED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT OR PICK UP WILL RECEIVE A FULL CREDIT. IF MERCHANDISE HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED, REFUND IS SUBJECT TO RETURN FREIGHT AND A 10% RE-STOCKING FEE.

Delivery Policy And Procedures:
Local delivery (within 30 miles of each store location) is available for $99.00. FURNITURE DIRECT NOW WILL BEGIN THE DELIVERY PROCESS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO DISCUSS FREIGHT CHARGES IF APPLICABLE AND THE DELIVERY TIME NEEDED. (USUALLY WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR ORDER). ALL MERCHANDISE WILL BE SHIPPED FROM OUR HATTIESBURG MS WAREHOUSE VIA UPS, FEDEX, OR OUR COMPANY TRUCK. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO DISCUSS THE METHOD YOU PREFER. SHOULD YOU NEED SET UP, DELIVERY MUST BE MADE VIA COMPANY TRUCK. COST FOR SET UP QUOTED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.

Customer Pick Up:
SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE AT OUR WAREHOUSE PLEASE CONTACT US AT 601 300-3137 TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP APPOINTMENT. YOU CAN USUALLY EXPECT TO PICK UP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORDERING YOUR PRODUCTS.
